She is also a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist. Abeela is a support group facilitator for Living Well With Lupus- Community Lupus Support Group. Abeela has over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field working with culturally diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, children, families, geriatrics, chronically and terminally ill patients. She specializes in holistic-health psychology and EMDR Psychotherapy.
