I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and I am a Licensed Social Worker in North Carolina and California. I’ve worked with adults, children, teens and families. As a therapist for the past 20 years my experience includes dealing with stress/anxiety, parenting challenges, family conflict, self esteem , and grief, among other issues. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy.
