I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have utilized individual, group, and family therapy in my work. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. After completing my master’s, I worked toward and gained licensure as a mental health counselor through the New York State Department of Education. I have experience in multiple types of therapy, and always take a client-centered focus to determine the best course of therapy for you. I am also particularly interested in a well-rounded and holistic approach to care, and have trained as a yoga instructor and doula as well.
