I am licensed in Massachusetts with 8 years of professional work experience with children, teens, and families. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work from cognitive behavioral and relational therapy approaches mostly. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I tend to be client led so will help you work through what you feel your priorities are. I am available in the evenings during the week.
