Hi I’m Abby! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) practicing in Pennsylvania. With over 5 years of experience in the field, I have developed a laid-back and collaborative approach to therapy. As a clinician, I embrace the concept of tabula rasa, which means that I approach each client with a blank slate. I don’t bring preconceived notions or judgements into our session. Instead, I aim to listen deeply and seek to understand your unique experiences and perspectives. My role is to help you explore and make sense of your own story. My focus is creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, at your own pace. My specialized training in trauma enables me to help clients navigate their healing journey with empathy and understanding. I also have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with substance use, trauma and abuse, and depression.
