I specialize in person-centered therapy, however, utilize and eclectic blend of interventions including solution-focused brief therapy, art therapy and CBT. I am also trauma informed and have experience working with couples, adolescents and adults for almost 10 years. I work with clients to build strong client-therapist rapport, working to dispel past traumas, negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviors.
