I am licensed in Washington State since 2019. I have experience in helping clients with bipolar disorder, trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism. I also love helping people with vocational issues, LGBTQ issues, and working with your values and spirituality only if that is something that interests you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I like to collaborate with you and empower you to guide the goals and direction of your own treatment.
