I received my bachelor’s in Social Work from NC Central University in Durham, NC (Eagle Pride!) and my master’s in Direct Practice Social Work from SUNY Albany in Albany, NY. I am a motivational therapist and believe nothing will change unless you do! I believe in the law of attraction and manifesting anything we want in our lives. It all begins with our thoughts.
