I am an LPC licensed in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor. I realize everyone has different things they hope to gain from their counseling experience, which is why I believe in adapting the treatment to fit the client. I use understanding and empathy combined with direct and honest feedback to help clients actively work through issues. I work to build an environment of trust and security so that my clients are comfortable processing difficult issues without fear of judgement. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but utilize a variety of techniques to best help clients. My experience includes private practice as well as inpatient treatment centers.
