I don’t think BetterHelp really has the tools to do in-depth therapy work. Therefore, I tend to see my role here as more of a life coach. So for example, on any give day, would you like me to 1) listen and/or 2) give advice/feedback/opinions. It depends on what you’re needing in the moment. I’d like for you to get some relief and clarity in your life. Whatever your goals, or the life transitions you want to better understand, I can help you, regardless of your culture, your background, your politics, philosophy, or past.
