I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LMSW) and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults by using an integrative approach to counseling that combines cognitive- behavioral and insight-oriented methods. While there are multiple styles of counseling, my belief is that everyone has an innate capacity to grow emotionally and psychologically towards the goals of self-actualization and personal fulfillment.
