I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with 6 years of professional work experience within a school and private practice setting. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I utilize knowledge and skills from Cognitive Behavioral Theory, and also have an interest in Somatic Experiencing to help understand how the body sends us messages about how we are feeling emotionally.
