I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & intimacy related issues. I practice from a person centered approach that incorporates a trauma informed biopsychosocial model of care. My main goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for my clients to show up as their authentic selves where they can explore the depths of their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement, shame, or expectations.
