I am licensed in Illinois with 15 years of professional work experience. My professional background includes providing psychiatric crisis work, animal assisted therapies, equine assisted psychotherapy, and therapeutic riding. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It is my stance that the use of appropriately timed humor allows us to reduce the intensity of life’s struggles. I also take a strengths based approach to empowering clients to tackle social, emotional, behavioral, family, biological, and mental health struggles.
