I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Since 2012, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I combine a person-centered approach with solution-focused therapy.
