I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor of 4 years and provide services for children, adolescents, and adults with experience in all levels of care. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and life transitions or stressors. I am personally, professionally, and academically trained to provide Faith based counseling. My approach is eclectic pulling from Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, DBT, CBT, and Rogerian styles to tailor treatment specifically to the individual. I understand that reaching out for help is a huge step. My goal is to foster a healthy and safe environment to foster healing and change. I obtained my MA from Wheaton College and my BS from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Aside from counseling, I enjoy rock climbing, playing games with friends, spending time with my cat, and going for long walks. I am proud to identify as Asexual. I look forward to working with you!
