I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Grief Counselor with over 20 years of experience in assisting individuals with the issues of life. I have a MA in counseling and a Doctorate in Ministry. I have worked in a hospital setting as well as private practice with a variety of experience in Mental health issues. My therapeutic approaches include but are not limited to Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help identify and explore effective solutions and coping skills. I Work with individuals to encourage and support with a listening ear of compassion in a nonjudgmental environment.
