I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I have experience working with clients on treatment goals and learning new coping skills. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
