I am licensed in Indiana with 3 years of professional work experience. I have worked in both a clinical and school setting as a mental health therapist, as well as, and academic and career counselor. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of topics including stress and anxiety, anger management, depression, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes.
