I have worked with clients as young as 2 years old to seniors over 100 on issues such as grief and loss, parenting concerns, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma and self-love. I use a client centered, strength based approach in assisting clients to meet their goals. To help clients to learn how to apply compassionate care towards themselves in turn providing them with the life long tool of supporting themselves in meeting their needs, always.
