I have been working in the field of psychology for the past 20 years. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, challenging irrational beliefs and anxiety/depression. For the past 10 years, I have been working in a private practice setting with the primary diagnoses of anxiety/depression. I use the treatment modalities of client-centered approach, solution focused therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is to take the challenges life throws at us and turn them into positive changes within ourselves. I believe we all deserve a chance to feel our best and overcome many of life’s obstacles that are placed along our path. Throughout our lives we go through difficult times that can make life unmanageable on our own. As your therapist, I will work with you to reduce the stress that comes along with many of life’s stressors. I have over 15 years working with people in distress and helping them become the people they want to be.
