I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I provide support through an eclectic approach, primarily utilizing mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapies, and supportive counseling. This allows me to meet clients where they are at in their healing process and help them get to where they want to be. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
