About me
A cornerstone of my approach to therapeutic work is the power of relational healing. By being in healthy, authentic connection and communication with others we can discover more about ourselves and heal wounds of disconnection. Disconnection from our true selves, emotions, bodies, desires and needs, as well as, difficulty connecting in a fulfilling way with others, is a common aspect in trauma and mental illness. We all hold within us the capacity to heal. Supported self-exploration can lead us to greater self knowledge and empowerment, that when paired with therapeutic tools and strategies can open the door to healing.
I have experience supporting folx struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, existential crises, end of life issues, grief/loss, ADHD relationship concerns, communication struggles, attachment wounds and more.
I’m centered in Existential/Humanistic psychotherapy with experience in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Harm Reduction, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed Care, Psychedelic Integration Therapy, Grief Work, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic.
In order to support body, mind and soul healing I incorporate somatic, art/creative, meditation/visualization and spiritual interventions as indicated by those I’m serving.
