Hello! Counseling is an important step on the road to feeling better, better understanding ourselves, and having more satisfying relationships. As a counselor, I walk along you in this journey as you identify goals for your future. I have been working in the field in a diverse array of settings for the past 6 years. I have worked with clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, parenting concerns, and involvement with the criminal justice system. I use client centered techniques with motivational interviewing and CBT.
