I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working as a mental health therapist and life coach. I have worked with Clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem related issues, PTSD (childhood, domestic violence, physical trauma, emotional trauma, sexual assault, MST, and Combat trauma), relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD.
