I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri . I currently practice at an equine-assisted therapy facility where I provide both in office talk therapy and experiential based therapies utilizing horses. I have worked with a wide range of clients from young children to adults with varying concerns such as; anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational concerns, trauma, ADHD,OCD, and issues related to cognitive, developmental, and physical disabilities. I take a client-centered approach to counseling, assisting clients to utilize their skills to find the best path forward to meet their needs. I am a Trauma-informed therapist who has utilized modalities such as; CBT, Mindfulness-based therapies, Person-centered therapy, Breath and Body work, and Narrative therapy, among others. I provide a safe, accepting environment where clients can explore their concerns without judgment. Feeling connected and comfortable with a therapist is a very important aspect of successful therapy.
