I have experience working with teens and adults working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, family issues, relationship issues, eating disorders, body image, trauma, substance abuse, grief and bereavement, emotional and behavioral issues, and mood disorders. Mental wellness is not a reflection of worth or competence, addressing behavioral health needs is important because every stage of life presents opportunities for positive change.
