I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan with over 5 years of experience working as a counselor and my expertise is related to working with youth and family’s experiencing hardships; trauma; depression; anxiety; post-traumatic stress; addiction; etc. I have experience working with all ages. My therapeutic lens is person centered, and believe that my clients are the experts in their lives, while I work with you to facilitate self-discovery, self-acceptance and provide a means toward healing and positive growth. I may also draw on different treatment modalities to guide clients in identifying strengths and developing treatment plans that accomplish their goals. My goal is to assist my clients in working towards fulfilling their goals and regaining a new perspective on life.
