Hello, So happy to see you here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been licensed for 4 years. I have been working as an MFT for 10 years. I have experience working with children, youth, and families. I also treat adults and teens with a variety of challenges. Some topics that I treat include depression, anxiety/stress, ADHD, ODD, parenting, couples therapy, etc. My treatment consists of strength-based modalities that will allow the client to use their strengths to accomplish their goals. The main goal for all my clients is to accept where they are in the present and use their strengths to obtain their ideal future. My approaches include CBT, DBT, Solution-focused, and mindfulness.
