I am a licensed clinical therapist and social worker in Michigan with over 3 years of clinical therapy experience with adults and teens. I have worked with clients to better understand and manage stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, phobias, and confidence. I work with my clients in a nonjudgmental space to craft individualized plans for reaching client-stated goals and rely primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based Approaches, and some Dialectical Behavior Therapy tools to shape the therapy I provide. I also utilize Narrative Therapy and Adventure Therapy skills to better understand where you’re coming from, what tools you carry with you, and what pathway you’d like to end up taking.
