Hello! My name is Anella Garness, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with over 5 years of experience. I have extensive experience treating a variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders and co-occurring disorders. My areas of interest also include trauma and resiliency; resulting in my decision to receive my basic training in EMDR.
