I have a passion for helping others while meeting them where they are in their life challenges. I have over 15 years experience working with anxiety, depression, relational struggles, employment difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting challenges, family and couple conflict. I desire to instill hope in everyone I work with through warmth and compassion. Using a strengths-based approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help others facilitate growth and reach clients desired goals. When working with couples, I assist them to pursue their desired relationship through the use of Gottman Resources, including Level 1 training and assessments.
