I have experience in helping people with self-esteem, confidence, motivation, stress and anxiety, communication, social skills, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, depression, chronic and pervasive mental health concerns and substance use disorders. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience working with people of all ages, genders, cultures, races, religious affiliations, & sexual preferences.
