Hi there! Nice to meet you. I am a warm, compassionate therapist who also knows how to be direct and straight-forward. I work best with clients who are motivated to change & are willing to do work outside of our therapy sessions. Most “evidence-based” (research supported) treatments involve some work and effort outside of our therapy hour. Sometimes this can be practicing skills we discuss in therapy or completing written assignments that will help you translate your therapy skills into your everyday life.
