I’m a fully licensed and independent marriage and family therapist. I’m trained to work with families, couples, and individuals. I’ve worked in this capacity for more than a decade with roles as an individual counselor, intensive care coordinator, rehabilitation specialist, in home behavioral therapist, and substance abuse counselor. I’m certified in mindfulness which I often utilize during counseling sessions. Other techniques I find useful and often incorporate include solution focused, behavioral, and collaborative therapies. These techniques are used to treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, substance use disorder, PTSD, etc.
