Hi! Therapy is a very courageous process so being this far in your journey is tremendous. Perhaps you know exactly what brings you this point and you’re just looking to connect with the right person to do the good work. Maybe, you’re not quite sure what’s going on and want to do some exploration. If we establish a counseling relationship, then our work will be centered in honesty, authenticity, and a development of trust. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved LPC Supervisor. My training has given me the opportunity to gain a vast amount of experience in counseling, higher education, teaching, and diversity & inclusion. My approach to counseling draws upon these experiences and allows us to explore unique and creative avenues to do therapy. Truthfully, most of us are walking around with at least one issue that is affecting how we work, make friends, and interact with the ones we love. How can those relationships and more importantly, our own well-being, be affected if we took time to peek a bit further into just that one?
