Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with 5 years of experience in a private practice setting. I have worked both in outpatient and in-home settings. I have worked with many different clients, all in different phases of life. I have experience with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, LGBTQ, parenting issues, relationship issues, and trauma. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, trauma informed care, person centered, and mindfulness techniques in my therapy sessions.
