I am licensed in New York with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have also worked with people who struggle with varying degrees of substance abuse. I enjoy spending time empowering the people I work with to overcome any challenges they identify. I use a variety of different approaches tailored to the people I work with. Starting therapy can be very intimidating, but I believe I can create a safe environment for us to work together. My availability is currently limited to Monday and Friday late mornings.
