Times are stressful. So many people are feeling confused or fearful or misunderstood. Sometimes, starting on the path to feeling better is to simply start sharing and exploring ideas. I am a social worker (NY licensed) with over 6 years of experience. I have worked with adolescents, seniors, and all the stages in between. I have helped many people with issues such as depression, anxiety, navigating the workforce as well as crisis and trauma. I also have a background working with seniors and approaching concerns around aging and all that could come with it. I provide a non-judgmental approach and have been described as open-minded and caring. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and have worked with people from different cultural backgrounds. I also have experience with people with substance use issues. I use a variety of approaches tailored toward each individual. I favor a strengths-based approach in order to help people feel empowered and appreciate their abilities.
