I use an eclectic therapy approach or a blend of therapy approaches along with mind-body techniques to support individuals in managing stress and anxiety, enhancing their self-worth, navigating through grief and loss, adapting to chronic illness, managing life transitions and coping with cross-cultural issues, trauma, PTSD, and other stressors that affect all of us at some time in our lives.
