I enjoy helping clients cope with stress and anxiety, work through trauma and abuse, increase motivation, build confidence, and overcome depression. I work with my clients to create an open, and safe, environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I provide services to a variety of ages in group, as well as individual settings. My passion lies in early intervention and prevention.
