I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am a parent educator trained in both Circle of Security and Nurturing Parenting. I also focus on the emotional and psychological harm caused by racism for BIPOC and work to support by validating lived experiences.
