I am a therapist licensed in AZ and OK, with over 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. I have over 5 years of experience as a licensed therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life changes, and stress related disorders, as well as Substance Related disorders. My counseling style is friendly and non-judgmental. My approach combines client centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused counseling.
