I am licensed in Florida with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & depression. I have also worked extensively with couples and families. My philosophy is that families are systems and the actions of one member of the system impact all the members of the system. Therefore, the family relationships have a significant impact on healing. My dissertation work centered around first responders and growing from trauma. I believe that we can become more resilient from our experiences. I also believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
