Hi! My name is Anna Patterson and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I am also a Certified Grief Counselor. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and career challenges. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also believe the therapeutic relationship is important and needs to be built on trust, so I commit to building a safe space for you to be heard and validated. My approach is integrative, which just means I use various therapies based upon your individual needs. I most often use cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, grief therapy, and relational therapy. Finding a therapist to take this journey towards growth and healing can be challenging.
