Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas. I have 3 years of clinical experience and 7 years of collective social work experience working with adults and teens. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of presenting concerns including stress and anxiety, depression, & coping with life changes. My counseling style is interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My counseling approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
