I am a Board Certified Diplomate in clinical social work and I have practiced for 36 years as a wellness professional, providing direction and encouragement during life’s challenges. My areas of concentration include self-esteem, relationships, parenting, career path planning and effective communication skills. Well-being is the state in which the physical, mental, and spiritual health of an individual are in balance.
