Hi I’m Anne-Marie I am a licensed clinical social worker with 4 years of clinical experience. I have experience helping clients process trauma, cope with grief and loss, as well as attachment issues. I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD by providing a safe environment to emotionally process and helping to identify coping skills that work best for that individual. I believe that you are the expert of your life story and that you have many strengths that can assist you with overcoming life’s challenges. I understand that every individual has their own needs when it comes to their mental health and managing symptoms, I try to tailor my therapeutic approach to the specific needs of each of my clients.
