Hi ! I am Annette Landry Lopez and I am a clinical social worker in Texas. I have over 23 years’ experience a social service setting, and I am a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) therapist working with a variety of individuals, children, families, and couples from different backgrounds presenting issues ranging from domestic violence, substance abuse, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress Disorder (PTSD), school and family issues, personality disorders, attachment issues, as well as adoption and foster care experiences. I have spend a majority of my career working with people who have experienced trauma. I believe in building a strong rapport and believe in using a modality that fits best with the clients needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy are some, as well as using an integrated approach . I am known as a good listener, caring, sensitive, non judgmental, and easy to communicate with.
