I bring over twenty years of experience as a Therapist and Social worker. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families regarding issues that impact daily living. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients address there thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Catholic University of American and my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy in sessions. My style is open and engaging and I believe the therapeutic goals and interventions should be collaborative with the client.
